200-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING
If you are a Yoga Student aspiring to teach Yoga or want to deepen your understanding of Yoga to enhance your own practice, sign up for our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training to learn the science and art of Yoga. In addition to learning the theory behind the practice, you will get an opportunity to transform your perception of life through:

Along with enrichment of your own practice, this Course will enable you to spread the knowledge and benefits of Yoga in Your Community. You will learn how to guide Yoga Students through their Yoga practices with confidence, taking them closer toward creating the world built on Oneness.
YOGA ALLIANCE CURRICULUM FOR 200-HOUR TRAINING
Techniques, Training and Practice (76 hours):
Teaching Methodology (30 hours)
Anatomy and Physiology (34 hours)
Yoga Philosophy (27 hours)
Practicum (13.5 hours)

Sundays 11AM - 5PM
No classes during statutory holidays and winter break.

Tuition includes: The Yoga Alliance Required 180 contact hours, unlimited Yoga at our studio for the duration of the course, text books, exam and certificate.
Cancellation prior to the beginning of the course - we refund the balance less registration deposit.
Once the program begins tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
To obtain the YTT Certification a student must:
YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTRATION
This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance, U.S.A. at the 200-hour level program. Upon receipt of your Certificate, you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance as 200-hour level Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
The homework is an integral part of the training and includes reading, comprehension tests, written exercises, practice teaching to family/friends, and your own Yoga practice. Commitment to doing your at-home work will enable you to integrate the theory and practicum of the course.
Students are also encouraged to incorporate self practice, at our studio or elsewhere. Please note that we will require documentation of practice at another studio to provide credits for 60 hours of required self practice.
